Drawing The Past

....I've been drawing myself a lot lately. It's kinda weird...
This is, as you can probably guess, a picture of my past self and my current self. As usual, there's a little story behind this picture.
It was an extremely nice day outside (considering it's the beginning of Spring in Maine), so I decided to draw on a path near the city's river. I recalled the last time I had visited that beautiful path; it was about half a year before, when I was dumped by my boyfriend. The swings were occupied, so I retreated to the quiet path by the river. I cried so much...but when I went to the river recently, I smiled to myself and began drawing. This is the picture I started drawing that day.
I'd like to believe that somehow, I've become a bit stronger since then. The girl on the left symbolizes how I felt the day I was dumped, and the girl on the right shows how peaceful I feel now compared to then.
It might not seem like it, but I put a lot of effort into this picture. For example, I tried to keep things consistent, while changing a few details. On the left, I'm using a phone that has a radio, while on the right, I have my MP3. The art tote/bag is present on both sides of the picture, as well as my dragon necklace. However, there is a new necklace on the right.
Do you see the picture that I'm drawing in the sketchbook on the right? It's supposed to look like the picture that you're viewing right now.
